GENERAL SCHEDULE:
- Friday: teams check-in, cantus (drinks included in participation fee)
- Saturday: matches, lunch (included in participation fee), matches, party
- Sunday: matches, lunch (included in participation fee), finals, prize ceremony
DETAILED BREAKDOWN:
Friday:
- 15h30: Check-in table and bar open
- 17h-19h: Happy Hour discounts (Jupiler pitcher 1 token cheaper, Rosé beer and Radler 2 tokens discounted)
- 18h-20h: Bites (chips, veggies and dips), as well as fruits and cookies, will be available for grabs
- 19h30: Start of the Welcome Speech, and the committee opens the weekend with a pitcher
- 20h: Everyone OUT! Walk or cycle to the Cantus location (sent in captain’s groupchat)
- 20h30: Cantus doors open, ID checks are mandatory!
- 20h55: Cantus starts, any arrivals between this time and 21h05 will be punished
- 21h05: Doors close at Cantus, no exceptions!
- 23h: Cantus ends, and all are welcome to party in the city center clubs!
Saturday:
- 9h-10h: Breakfast (cereals, juices, fruits and bread with spreads)
- 9h30: Check-in table and bar open
- 9h30-17h: FOOTBALL!
- 12h-13h: Subway lunch (yum yum)
- 17h30-19h30: Bites (chips, veggies and dips), as well as fruits and cookies, will be available for grabs
- 18h00-20h: DJ set with Omare Montis
- 19h30: Distribution of the Crazy 88 papers (list of challenges to be done at the fields and through the city to achieve 88 points)
- 21h: The complex closes, participants OUT!
- From 22h: Any group who reaches 88 points can now enter Café Défilé for a private clubbing session!
- 23h: Café Défilé’s doors open to everyone
Sunday:
- 9h-10h: Breakfast (cereals, juices, fruits and bread with spreads)
- 9h30: Check-in table and bar open
- 9h30-15h: FOOTBALL! (& eliminations aplenty)
- 12h-13h: Pasta Salad lunch (we really are feeding you guys to the max)
- 15h15-16h30: Awards ceremony, Closing Speech
- 17h45: Bar closes!
